What is Feng Shui? In other words, it is an ancient art and science that was developed about 3,000 years ago by the ancient Chinese. It is believed that if practiced properly, this body of understanding will ensure a person’s good health and fortune. Feng Shui is made up of two words; the first is wind while the other is earth. The concepts of Feng Shui are mainly based on comprehension and Taoist vision of the character that the land is a sentient being and is full of energy. This energy then determines if a kingdom will be successful or ensure its downfall.

A lot of people believe the expression “Health is wealth” and as we go on in life, we are hit with the reality of the incredible force from time to time. Every time we fall ill or someone close to us is sick, we believe that the only important thing is health.  Everyone knows that we need to care for this type of issue to healthy and happy but sometimes we are too busy with our schedules that we forget about our health. Health issues happen in every home but the type may differ. Aside from negligence on our part, we might fall ill as a result of various other factors that we have no control over like stress, too much anxiety and negativity in our immediate environment. Feng shui health ideas may help us comprehend.

We can find the wellness area of the Bagua at the very center and it is often represented with the symbol of balance known as Yin/Yang. It is important to focus on the wellness region because it is considered to be the basis of a healthy life.  It affects all other aspects of our lives. The wellness region is also the place where you can work on life situations that are not specifically addressed in the eight areas. Your health affects the balance of each aspect of your life, so it is important to improve it. If you have bad health, you will find it challenging to have a successful career, relationship, express your thoughts and produce the energy needed for prosperity.

Breathe In Fresh Air
Most of the states in the world are faced with the problem of external pollution and we must find a solution to this as this is the very first step towards having good health. You will need to maintain a check on air quality unless you are living in a green environment. Based on the principles of Feng Shui, we see that the atmosphere is the most important factor for excellent health and we can purify it by planting air purifying plants like Golden Fern Adenium, Areca palm and so on in the home and work areas.

Light & Humidness
If a house is not properly ventilated and has inadequate light, the dark and moist rooms with cellar will not be suitable to live in. if your house is not properly ventilated and is too damp, it will affect your immunity and you will be prone to health issues like cold, rheumatism, depression, chilblain, and so on. The air will also have a negative effect on your health and it will make you prone to various respiratory diseases, skin inflammation and increase the spread of germs.

Feng Shui Your Health Area
Based on the principles of Feng Shui, it is believed that every home or office has particular regions (as defined by Bagua or the Feng Shui energy map) which are responsible for various aspects of an individual’s life. Your overall health depends mainly on the energy of the whole space, but two areas are connected on an energy level to the state of your wellbeing. The very first one is the center of your home or office, and the second one is the one known as Health and Family bagua region.

There are a lot of Feng Shui cures available, some are modern cures and some are conventional cures which you can use to improve your health. You can use wood and water components colors or you can use the Feng Shui lucky bamboo plant, choose what works best for your space.

Bundle Up And Get Outdoors
Even though it is chilly outside, the cold will wake you up and breathe fresh life into you. Try to take some time to appreciate the beauty of nature, brightly colored leaves blowing off trees as the seasons shift, the end touching your skin.  Take in everything with gratitude to the fact that you are alive to appreciate it.

Be Around Positive Colors
The use of colors in our own life is very essential and in Feng Shui rituals, the effects of colors are pretty straight forward on your health and lifestyle. The principles of Feng Shui are often used by the Chinese to decide which colors their houses should be painted. It is important to use colors that will fill your whole body with energy and happiness. It is also important to remember that your conditions can have an effect on, so follow Feng Shui for safe and beautiful minutes in your own life.

Add Spa Energy In Your Bathroom
Your overall health has also been connected to your bathroom; based on the principles of Feng Shui, bathrooms should be properly planned and made a clutter-free region. Spa components must also be included in clean and artful bathrooms because they will please your sense and create your personal hours and thereby improve health. Add some air-purifying plants, some herbal toiletries and perfumed candles, aromatherapy diffuser, and plants.

Bed Position
For your wellbeing, it is important to apply Feng Shui principles to your bedroom which is one of the places you probably spend most of your time. Creating positive energy in your space is a job you should take very seriously as it brings good health and intimate relationships.

The quality of sleep has also been closely related to wellbeing. This might probably be unpleasant for you if you have a beam above your bed, a window over the headboard or even a doorway opposite the headboard. Additionally, if there is a toilet or washing machine upstairs from your bed or your bedroom is at the end of the corridor, your sleep will probably be affected too and you will be more prone to headaches and cold. However, if you can avoid all of this, you will be able to get a good sleep.
